finding the right bra fit
your changing body can make finding the right bra fit challenging. As every woman is different, the size of your bra and band size may change during your pregnancy, so look for a bra with a band that sits flat across your back without riding upwards. Too tight and the bra will dig into the breast tissue, restricting the production and flow of milk. Avoid digging-in by changing to a maternity or nursing bra as soon as you feel your regular bra is no longer providing the right support or fit. Further changes may occur during your nursing cycle as you produce milk, so you may need to increase cup sizes again before your bust settles.
